Considering a referral

“Do it! Even if you think it might not be what you want just give it a try.”

“It's definitely worth reaching out, you'll often be surprised with what you can take away.”

“Do it, the best thing I ever did.”

“I would recommend Talking Change, it was much more than I expected.”

“Do it! It's the first and hardest to take steps in helping yourself get to a healthier mind set. Gives you the tools to help you, be you. Increases the positivity you'll experience during life with the tools to cope when life is hard.”

“Do it! It’s worth trying something if you're not happy. It worked for me and I am stubborn.”

“Just do it there’s no shame. It will help and it will get better.”

“I would encourage. Initially I was wary but I've gained a lot from the 7 weeks.”

“Do it! It's been over 20 years since I was diagnosed with anxiety / depression and this is the first non-medication based treatment I've ever been given. It's the only thing I can see having a long term benefit and it has been invaluable.”

"Do yourself a favour - go and talk to someone who will listen well and impartially. It was great!”

“To do it and start your journey of self-care”.

“Group sessions aren’t as scary as they sound. Nobody is forced to speak if they feel uncomfortable. It’s so useful for understanding the tools needed to get better.”

“Please go ahead and attend; you're not alone.”
