Employment advice

with your therapy

Alongside therapy, we offer separate appointments with an employment advisor. Our Employment Team can help you find employment or training, and support you with workplace adjustments or disputes.

We provide our expertise in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, in a personalised way, to share information, advice and guidance.

We work with you on a one-to-one basis, and support you with a wide range of workplace issues.

We can help you:

  • Retain your job by providing advice and guidance relating to workplace problems

  • Understand your rights and responsibilities, whatever you situation, to help you find a positive way forward

  • Return to work whilst you are experiencing mental health difficulties

  • Talk to your employer and negotiate any reasonable adjustments you may need

  • Find a new job, and the work that you want to do

  • Create a CV

  • Completing application forms

  • Prepare for an interview

  • Find volunteering opportunities

  • Find work-related training
